Coaching
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:
"Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential."
Coaching aims to evoke transformation. Coach and client are building a temporary alliance, the coaching relationship. The coach as a kind of change agent, doesn't know what the outcome should or will be. The coach is fully committed, focused and present to serve the clients purpose.
I am working towards becoming an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach.
Location
