UK & International Veterinary Vaccinology Network Conference 2019

The UK & International Veterinary Vaccinology Network Conference 2019, hosted by the UK and International Veterinary Vaccinology Networks, took place on the 9th & 10th January 2019 in The Tower Hotel, London.

200 delegates from 30 countries attended the conference which focused on four main themes: Vaccines for Ectoparasties, Vaccine Commericialisation, Antigen Discovery, and Controlling AMR with Vaccination.  

We are looking forward to sharing the full conference report and recorded presentations from the conference in the next issue of the IVVN newsletter.

GCRF Networks Vaccinology Course 

42 early career researchers from the UK & LMICs attended the GCRF Networks Vaccinology Course in Bangkok last month. Material from the course is now available here.

Third round of pump-priming funding open

Funding is available to support pump-priming projects from collaborative teams of IVVN members which address key bottlenecks preventing vaccine development. Apply here by 15th April 2019.

Second round of lab exchange funding open

IVVN Laboratory Exchange Awards aim to facilitate transfer of expertise between laboratories. Apply here by 15th April 2019.

Workshop Call

Workshop funding is available for IVVN members to host workshops on a specific topic. The call for workshop applications is an open call, and applications will be assessed upon submission. For more information, please click here.
