1. Get Your (Required) Free Flu Vaccination at UHS

If you have not yet received your flu vaccination (which is mandatory this year for all UT employees and students, unless you have documentation to support an exemption) – get vaccinated today! University Health Services on the Memphis campus has FREE flu vaccinations available to all faculty, staff, and students.

Employees and students can schedule an appointment with University Health Services for their FREE flu vaccination Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 – 2:00 pm daily for lunch) and Wednesday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm at 910 Madison Avenue, 9th floor by calling 901.448.5630. No walk-ins will be accepted.

UTHSC's Fall 2020 Commencement Ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday, December 10 at 2:00 pm. The ceremony can be viewed at https://virtualgrad.marchingorder.com/uthsc/78/i/. Congratulations to our graduates!!!

3. Mail Services Reminder

Campus mail is NOT being delivered, but is available for pick-up on Wednesdays from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm at Mail Services (920 Madison Ave, Suite NC016 on the concourse level). Outgoing mail, including red/orange bags, can also be dropped off at Mail Services.

For your convenience there is a drop slot to the Mail Services office accessible from the hallway leading to the H-lot garage, around the corner from the Mail Services front entrance.

5. Today is the LAST DAY for the Campus Food Drive

The annual Campus Food Drive ends today, Friday, December 4. This year's proceeds will go to the UTHSC Campus Cupboard, benefitting the entire campus!

The Campus Food Drive will accept non-perishable food, paper products, and monetary donations. For more details on the types of items that are most needed, please visit the UTHSC Campus Food Drive website.

Donation boxes have been set up across campus. Monetary donations can securely be made at giving.uthsc.edu/CommunityEngagedCare.
