2. Job Family Compensation Project Update
Since June 2017, a systemwide human resources team of compensation experts has been engaged in a comprehensive job family compensation project, aiming to improve processes, classifications and pay structures. The project team has developed new job families, roles, and levels that will replace the current job title structure for many regular staff positions.
The updated job families, which are classifications grouped by similar types of work and required training, skills, knowledge and expertise, are now available to view on the Compensation Project website.
A Compensation Project Overview will be held virtually for UTHSC employees on Friday, Sept. 25 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm CDT for any questions or concerns. Please register via the hyperlink above or button below.
