Val, Ed and I (and Patrick Goosens) are very lucky to have these ATF fitting machines, which are amazingly accurate and very sturdy machines which are remarkably easy to use.

Jason, Your sample castings look a bit rounded at the corner. Do you know if that is a casting problem . . .

Another bit of the equation that I've put into the sequence is marking the matrix blanks for positioning the "high dot" prior to engraving. I'm using a side-bearing of 8pts, and a head bearing of 24pts.

David, have you tried scraping the top surface of the mould with a paint scraper?
