Support Coordination Services

Do you need expert support with Home and Living NDIA Funding?

The Housing Hub has launched an expert support coordination service that will work with you and your support coordinator to achieve a great housing outcome.

SDA Supply Survey

Today, the Housing Hub and the Summer Foundation have released the latest report.

In a survey in August, SDA providers from around Australia told us what new SDA they are building or have planned. Providers said that they want to know what sorts of homes people with disability want, and where they want them, so they can build homes to suit.

By creating a Housing Seeker profile, it tells SDA providers what you're looking for in a home. Learn more about creating a Housing Seeker profile here.

Info Session with Moira Connect: Finding a home that suits me

The Housing Hub will be presenting an information session for the Moira Connect community about housing options on Tuesday, 8 November at 11am (Sydney/Melbourne time).

Join us for the event where we’ll answer questions like:

What housing options are possible for people with disability
How do I work out what home is going to be right for me?
What funding is available?
Where can I get more information and support?

Summer Foundation’s Annual Public Forum Returns

We’re excited to announce that Kelly Chait – Support Coordination Lead at the Housing Hub will be joining a panel of speakers at the Summer Foundation’s Annual Public Forum: ‘A reimagined NDIS: What this means for my housing and supports’.

On November 25, people with disability, policy makers, and sector professionals, will come together to discuss the issues and opportunities around Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and other housing options for NDIS participants. The Housing Hub team will be running a workshop after the forum for people with disability and their families about housing options
