We mourn the loss of Louis Feigelson z”l, husband of Sheila “Happy” Feigelson, father of Daniel (Sara), Aaron (Leslie), and Josh (Natalie), and grandfather to: Hadas (Yaacov) Gershon, Yoni, Maayan, Tehilla, and Amichai Feigelson; Ezra, Raizel, and Ilan Landman-Feigelson; and Jonah, Micah, and Toby Feigelson.

Funeral 1:30 pm Thursday, December 6 at Beth Israel Synagogue in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Burial at Washtenong Cemetery.

Thursday thru Sunday morning at the Feigelson home, 1258 Crosby Crescent in Ann Arbor;
Sunday afternoon thru Wednesday morning in Skokie at 3927 Enfield Avenue.
No visitors between 1:30-3:30 pm or after 8 pm please.

    • Tuesdays at 8:30-9:45 pm at the Hillel - Daf HaShavuah.  Join thousands of Jews around the world as we all study Masechet Megilla and the holiday of Purim, one page a week!  Be prepared to be challenged and surprised as learn the Talmudic background to the holiday we all know and love!

    • Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm at the Hillel - Topics in Jewish Thought.  Each week we dive into a different topic in Jewish law, thought, and history.  Recent topics have included: “The Source for Rabbinic Law” and “Keeping Halacha in Outerspace”

  • Thursday, December 6 from 6-9pm is the Federation Main Event with the Mentalist Sidney Friedman! Attendance is encouraged. Scroll down all the way to the end of the email for more information. Hope to see you there!

  • Saturday, January 12 4:00pm:  Kids Pajama and Havdalah party at Rachel and Jeremy Baruch’s house. Please join us as we say goodbye to shabbat with a special musical havdalah ceremony for kids. Kids ages 0+ and their families are welcome. Pajama attire is encouraged for the kiddos!

Our 18th Annual Main Event on December 6th is less than a month away and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of you and The Mentalist Sidney Friedman! Invites have been sent out and people are already registering through our website.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor is hosting their 18th Annual Main Event on Thursday, December 6th from 6 to 9 pm. This event is one to remember as the country's leading mentalist, Sidney Friedman will be the featured performance with a demonstration of extraordinary mind power feats. The Main Event will also be hosting a special Pre-Glow from 5:30-6:15 pm for those 40 somethings and under. There will be a Hanukkah-themed cocktail, Photo Booth, and a sneak peek of Sidney's act before the show! For more information and to register, please visit
