The past six months have changed work beyond all recognition. Whatever your business, your staff will have faced change – in where they work, how they work, and how they fit work into the rest of their lives. Why Consult?

Scotinform has been conducting staff and workplace surveys for as long as we’ve been around. They’ve been important to employers who want to make sure they’re supporting their employees effectively, and to inform progress towards quality assurance and accreditation.

Why Now?

The current situation means that the scope of surveys will probably be broader than ever before – we’ve never previously had to ask whether employees have sufficient space to work at home, or whether they feel confident speaking up during a Zoom call, or how they are navigating the return from furlough. But the fundamentals have remained the same – a confidential, impartial route for employees to tell you what you’re getting right – and what you could be doing differently.
