This Week

Sunday Service
Online and indoor service

We will begin our five-week sermon series titled, REDEEMED: the sacrificial love of Jesus.

Jimmy Reyes will be preaching this Sunday, 3/7.
The sermon title is, "Redeemed to have peace with God."

We will also be praying over Damon Agapiou as he will serve as the interim youth pastor in this next season.

If you plan on attending the indoor service please RSVP by clicking on the link below the next image.

Our kids also have an online Sunday service of their own at 10 AM on Facebook and YouTube.

Please go to https://vvinfo.org/fb and www.vvinfo.org/YouTube.

Sunday Mornings at 11 AM
Indoor Worship Service

Wear a facemask and be prepared to socially distance. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.  Plan on arriving 15 minutes before the service as we do plan on starting at 11 AM sharp since we will continue to broadcast our services live through Facebook and YouTube.

It is necessary to RSVP for every Sunday so that we do not exceed the 25% attendance capacity.  Go to vvinfo.org/rsvp to RSVP. You will need to RSVP for each Sunday you plan to attend.

Food Pantry Workday, March 6

We need your help to do some cleaning and light maintenance work for our growing Food Pantry to bless our community.  Please plan to set aside some time THIS Saturday morning, March 6, from 9:00 AM till NOON.  Come on down to  the Food Pantry to join us.

Feel free to bring your own cleaning supplies and tools.  We’ll do some dusting and cleaning and light repair work.  And we’ll order pizza for lunch.  Plan to join us for this opportunity to bless our neighbors.

Of course, masks and gloves are required for everyone’s safety.

REFOCUS: Outward-Focused Gathering

We are gathering once a month to refocus on what is truly essential.  We have been called to "go and make disciples,” called to action, not to wait and hope that eventually people will somehow join our church gatherings.

Through this monthly Zoom meeting, we are praying to develop a more outwardly focused heart.  Everything starts with prayer because it helps align our hearts and will to the heart and will of God and what He feels for those who do not yet know him.

We meet every 1st Sunday of the month.  Our next meeting will be THIS Sunday, March 7, at 2 PM.  If you don't have the monthly Zoom details, go to vvinfo.org/refocus and share your info with us to get it.

Monday, 3/1- Friday, 4/2
Season of Preparation for Easter

Join us as we fast and reflect on the redemption offered by the death and resurrection of Jesus.

1. Participate in the daily weekday devotionals on Facebook (vvinfo.org/FB) and YouTube (vvinfo.org/YouTube) at 9 AM.

2. Plan on fasting for five weeks (3/1-4/2).  Abstain from eating certain foods, fast from food certain days/times, or take time off of social media.  Use the time and focus you would regularly use to enjoy these activities to instead feast on Jesus while you fast.

3. Make plans to join us on Good Friday, April 2nd, at 7 PM, to recognize our redemption by the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.

For more info and to download the fasting brochure go to: vvinfo.org/fast
