The Little Viet Kitchen by Thuy Diem Pham
[Ugh, there was a goof up with some requests being blocked on MailChimp and my last updates didn't get saved and I ended up sending out some half-baked content, as a result. For the very few people who DO read this, my sincerest apologies. Here's the right one. And thank you, Neyha! For letting me know about this pretty much immediately.]
Aaaah, we've done Vietnamese food so many times before. It's so refreshing and so good and so easy! Did I say so good?!

Wouldn't be a surprise, would it? I was doing a little simple Math. I started this thing on cooking from a book once a month in March 2017. So, we're at month 46 now. And this is the fifth time we're doing Vietnamese. So, that's once every 9 months or so. Which is kinda pretty damn awesome! Speaks a whole bunch about the kind of food we enjoy eating. No?
I was reading reviews of the book online and saw this - "I could literally eat all the recipes in the book..." And how right!! There's small plates and street food. Broths for noodle soups and pho. What more would you want! Really!!
So, do join in. Just tag us (@thecookbooknook Instagram handle preferably and a host of whatever other meaningful hashtags) and we'll be happy to repost! I have the book on Kindle and I'd be happy to help you get your hands on the few recipes that you might need. Do get in touch with me.
Until next month, nom nom!
