A lot of us who cook @thecookbooknook grew up in Maharashtra. So when @richa64 suggested this book, it was a no brainer that we do it this month!

It has some splendidly delightful, non-vegetarian recipes. I'm in no way a supporter of the man who has written the foreword. But I can say for sure that the book is absolutely amazing. From Kolhapur to the Konkan coast, the book is utterly impressive in the recipes mentioned. We've already had 3 folk cook from it and there have been ZERO issues.
