Sewing class, Thursday, March 25, 2021, 6:00pm-9:00pm
Did you know that sewing offers some impressive health benefits? The meditative action of sewing can relieve stress by fostering positivity and feelings of relaxation. Sewing promotes brain growth as a result of its creative nature encouraging the formation of new brain cells. Activities such as sewing increase dopamine in the brain which leads to feelings of happiness. Since sewing requires attention to detail, it boosts coordination, especially hand/eye coordination. Join us for a fun night of sewing and take advantage of some of these wonderful benefits.
