MNN: 'Keeping it Real' Pilot Webinar Series

Thanks to OALCF, PMF and SQS service providers have a unique canvas of opportunity to enhance the learning experiences of adult learners.  However, there are still struggles to make the connections required to achieve success.  "Keeping it Real" is a series of online interactive presentations designed to identify difficulties and provide creative solutions to the world of LBS and performance management.  During this series, participants are provided with a brief case study of an agency that was struggling on many levels leading up to year 2011 and its complete turnaround to exceed its PMF/SQS obligations.  Participants are trained to conduct an organizational analysis, which informs the strategic plan for success.  After the analysis is completed participants are presented with unique solutions to the unique problems uncovered.  The final component focuses on overcoming identified and specific obstacles and moving forward.  This series is currently in the pilot stage, but if you would like more information, please contact Lorel Martel at the Mid North Network at 705-698-4747 or mnndirector@vianet.ca.
