Leader In Me Day at Hiddenite Elementary
On April 20th, CIS students participated in leadership roles through the Leader In Me program at Hiddenite Elementary. CIS students helped lead tours around the colorful campus, presented to community members in the gym and helped serve refreshments. After helping her students prep all week, site coordinator, Jessica Childers, said she had a major "Proud Mama" moment witnessing these students step up to the plate with such maturity. It was a wonderful day for students, staff and community members at Hiddenite Elementary.

This year, Tarheel Basement Systems jumped in to not only help with the cost of food but also provided volunteers to work throughout the entire Merlefest weekend. Every volunteer provided by TBS was phenomenal and hard working. We are so incredibly grateful to have their support.
