Are you still receiving paper bills from PCWA? We are pleased to offer a new service for customers: paperless billing, a convenient way to gain access to your bill at any time and from anywhere, stay organized and reduce clutter.
Receive monthly email notifications when your bill is available and ready to be paid rather than a paper bill through the mail.
Log in to view an exact replica of your paper bill. You can also view the past three statements, make a payment, save payment methods and more.
2. In the Customer Portal, you will log into your account or register for an account if you don't already have one.
If you have an account, skip to step 3.
If you don’t have an account already, create one by entering the information requested on the New Account Information form. Select Enroll.
Add an account by entering your PCWA account number which can be found on the top right-hand corner of the bill. Agree to the Payment Authorization Terms and select Add Account.
3. Under Paperless, click the button to toggle the paperless option to “Yes”. You will receive monthly email and or text notifications when your bill is available and ready to be paid.
Make sure the email address and mobile phone number you provide are up-to-date. We send your bill notice to the email address and or mobile phone number you provide.
4. Check the email address you entered for an email from Paymentus and complete the verification instructions. If you don’t receive this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
The benefits of paperless billing include:
Never miss your bill: You can sign up to receive monthly bill notifications via email or text. Email notifications include your account number, the amount you owe, and the due date with a link to your bill on PCWA’s secure payment portal, Paymentus. Text notifications include a link to the payment portal.
Exact replica: Paperless bills provide the same information, look the same and remain on the same statement cycle as your paper statements. You will have access to the current bill, plus the past three previous statements.
Review your bill and pay your way: You can view your invoice securely in PCWA’s payment portal, Paymentus, and then choose to pay using any of our available methods— online, by phone, through the mail or in person. You can even set up AutoPay!
Secure your sensitive information: Keep your bill and payment information safely out of your mailbox. Our secure online payment portal, Paymentus, protects your details.
