Dear Clients and Friends,
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT...It is with great pleasure that I have found a new home for our practice at
Kinetic Body Lab
41 Union Square West at 17th St., #517
In my efforts to create a space for us to connect, explore, and grow, I have landed in a spot that I am truly excited about. KBL is a special, peaceful gem owned by Renee Orona, a stellar practitioner who embodies the same spirit as we do.
I’m grateful for her esprit de corps throughout this transition.
My first official day at KBL is December 26. I will be soft launching between Christmas and New Years, seeing any of my clients who are in town and getting myself energetically connected to the space. If you're in the neighborhood, text me and stop by for a visit. I would love that!
My schedule in MINDBODY is updated now and ready for future booking. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 718-644-3663.
I have expanded my hours, which I hope will be of service to everyone!
That said, if your schedule is tight, I would encourage you to commit to a time sooner rather than later. Mornings and nights go fast!
Monday: 3:30pm – 8:30pm
Tuesday: 2pm – 8:30pm
Wednesday: 9am – 2:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm – 9:30pm
Friday: 9am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 1:30pm – 5:30pm
To my Craniosacral volunteers, I will be honoring the sessions we’ve all painstakingly scheduled through January and then re-tooling the schedule thereafter.
- FRIDAY sessions will remain at Studio 26 through 12/22 and then transition to KBL.
- SUNDAY sessions will remain in Brooklyn through January.
Starting in February, I will transition all the weekly Cranio hours to KBL at times to be determined with a monthly Brooklyn practice period in my home. LB will miss you all, but he tells me he's taking your spots!
GRATITUDE AND THANKS
Studio 26 has been my source of refuge, camaraderie, support and safety over the last 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of the friends I’ve made and the experiences I’ve had there. It will continue to be an oasis for me, and a treasure. I fold my palms in unwavering gratitude and look forward to continued connection and collaboration.
And of course all of you. Every single person receiving this letter has been a crucial part of my practice and life. Some of you have been with me through several transitions and I can't begin to express how much that means.
I hope to see you all in the new year, well and thriving.
With folded palms,
