Dear Friends,

I want to welcome several new people to the community this October and thank you all for being a part of this practice and this work. Usually, I write an eclectic personal essay in letter format to share a variety of reflections about health and healing.

But not this time.

I am in the final year of Craniosacral training and want to share the benefits of it with as many of you as possible before I ignite my professional practice. (I have 32 more sessions to go!)

For the last of my hours, I have set aside the following times:
Sundays 4PM, 5PM, 6PM in Brooklyn (you must be able to tolerate my sometimes rambunctious cat)
Mondays 10AM, 11AM, and 12AM in Manhattan

My goal is to finish these sessions by the end of January of 2019.

As a reminder, practice sessions are FREE and open to all. To book sessions contact me directly at 718-644-3663 or email

If you are feeling stressed, struggling with depression or anxiety, challenged by painful physical or emotional situations, please come.

Just this once, there is such a thing as a free lunch :)

*My only request is that current clients add a Cranio session rather than replace their existing appointments. Practice sessions are different than professional healing sessions because they are less focused on individual needs and more focused on the techniques themselves. If you need to book a professional session with me, please reach out or go to MINDBODY online

Also, if there is anyone you know that would benefit from this work, please have your people contact me via phone/text or email (718-644-3663, New faces really help.

This tiny quote from the Buddha says it all:

Live purely.
Be quiet.
Do your work,
With mastery.

With folded palms,

Stay in Tune. Stay in Touch.

As my work develops and expands, I'll be using this letter to stay in touch; share new offerings, workshops, and opportunities; and announce blog postings and other writings as they unfold. But please also know that I understand completely if you are limiting your digital diet. You are always in my heart no matter what.
