Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I'll be teaching CENTERED Practice: Motion of the Legs, on February 18, 1-4PM at Studio 26.

I find the knees and lateral structures of the legs a fascinating challenge to address with clients and one of the more complicated structures to repair and support.

Here's why:

The knees are the tollbooth of the legs collecting fees (read forces) from the structures of the lower leg below and the hip complex above. When imbalances occur anywhere along this chain the knees revoke their EZ-Pass and start to show compromised function.

In CENTERED Practice: Motion of the Legs, we will do a broad sweep of the spiral orientation of the structures impacting the knee and hip to produce lasting flexibility, healthy motion, and deeper awareness.

Be held and supported in developing a fine tuned sense of how to educate the motion of some of my favorite joints.

With folded palms,
