If you are ill in the hospital or at home, please call/email the church office and let us know (or have a loved one do it for you) so that a pastor and/or lay visitor from our "Called to Care" team can hold you in prayer, visit you, bring Communion and provide you with pastoral care. Likewise, let us know when you are discharged from the hospital, transferred to rehab, or sent home. We need this information so that we can be the loving, caring, supportive community God calls us to be.
