December 10, 2017 Service: Hanukkah and Miracles

Please join us at UUCF on December 10th at 11am for our Sunday Service entitled "Hanukkah and Miracles."

Child care is available during service. Service is followed by food and fellowship just after our 11am service!  You are welcome here!

Our speaker: Shelley Carnes is a member of our congregation. Shelley is a transplant from Biloxi, MS. She converted to Judaism at the age of 18 and now enjoys the diversity of the UU tradition. She is joyfully employed at Hoke 1st Health as an Imaging/CT Tech.

  • On-going: UUCF collects toiletries for Fayetteville Urban Ministries. Donations welcome. 
  • On-going: Wednesdays at 6:30pm is Religious Exploration for Adults, hosted by Kent Smith at 115 Hale St, Fayetteville. Coffee, refreshments and conversation. Children welcome for independent play.
  • Board Meeting: Our next board meeting is on December 17, 2017 following service. All are welcome to attend.

Reminder from Transgender Safe Haven: NC TSH is adopting some Foster parents for the Holidays. We are taking donations of presents (unwrapped), gift cards, money, or services (I.e., spas, photography, etc.) We are taking donations right on up till the 22nd of Dec. If you would like to show our Foster parents some love this year you can contact us.
