On Tuesday, August 4, 2020, our lunch speaker will be Matt Stuart, Urban Renewal Manager/TIF Manager, City of Bend. Matt oversees the Urban Renewal program. Bend has two established urban renewal areas, Juniper Ridge and Murphy Crossing. Work is currently underway on a new urban renewal plan for the Core Area of Bend.
