Rotary Lunch Speaker: Luann Abrams, CEOX

On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, our lunch speaker will be Luann Abrams, who will talk about her startup CEOX. Research shows that the best performing companies have women in leadership roles, yet women make up only 6% of Fortune 500 companies.

Sergeant-At-Arms

We're restarting our Sergeant-at-Arms fundraising this coming Tuesday, August 18th, 2020.

Please send your dirt (or dirt you have on your buddy :-), to Paul Taylor prior to the meeting (Taylor@bljlawyers.com).

We're asking that you pay your fine by sending a check to the Rotary office, payable to Rotary Club of Greater Bend, P.O. Box 6561, Bend, OR 97708. Please write "SERGEANT AT ARMS" on your check.

Duck Race Ticket Sales Update

So far, we've sold 5,082 tickets, for a total of $25,410 across all of the Bend Rotary clubs. We've got a long ways to go, and less than a month to get there.

If you haven't bought your tickets yet, please do so.

And, encourage your friends and family to buy tickets by going to our Facebook page, and sharing to your own Timeline either the restaurant gift certificate post, or one of the charities-supported posts, from the club's page.
