Lunch Program: Student Recognition Awards

On Tuesday, December 3rd 2019, our lunch program is our Student Recognition awards. The Rotary Student Recognition lunch is a unique opportunity to recognize and hear from five outstanding students (one from each of the five Bend-La Pine high schools) who best exemplify Rotary’s motto of “Service above self.”

Join us from noon till 1:15 at the Riverhouse (the restaurant side, NOT the Convention Center), 3075 N Hwy 97, Bend, OR 97703.

Tuesday December 17th 2019 at 5:00PM we’ll be having our annual Holiday Party at Va Piano, 425 SW Powerhouse Dr., #301 Bend, OR 97702 in the Old Mill District. Cost will be $25 per person, and that includes 2 drink tickets and appetizers.

Friends and Polio Warriors

Thanks for supporting the Ride to End Polio. My wife and I rode 53 miles and gained 1,864 feet. I have raised $3,900 so far toward my goal of $5,000. The Rotary team of 113 riders raised over $6 Million to eradicate polio and save the children of the world from this dreaded disease.

Jingle Bell Run Needs Volunteers

Seeking volunteers for the Jingle Bell Run on December 7th. This is a 5k fun run in downtown Bend. Set up starting at 7:30, fun run at 11:00 am.
