Fall Cleanup - Highway 20
Our Fall trash pickup is scheduled for Saturday, 26 October. We work the area along Highway 20 between milepost 15 and milepost 16 (a mile that runs approximately from Old Bend/Redmond Hwy to the Deschutes River Bridge) as it approaches Tumalo.
Starting time is 9:00 am. Like we have in the past, suggest we meet at the Tumalo Coffee House (19855 4th Street in Tumalo) on 26 October between 0830 -0900 hrs.
Gary Meyer will have safety vests, plastic bags, pickup tools, etc. We can refine our pickup strategy based on how many folks show up. A lot of trash has accumulated since our last pick-up in April, so the more folks that help out the faster it will go. Friends and family members are welcome. Based on our previous pickups, we encourage everyone to bring water and gloves.
