Craig Hospital is in Need of Quilts
Correction to quilt size:  Craig Hospital uses quilts that are 40" x 50" and larger.

On Wednesday, May 6th, from 11:00 – 12:00, FHQ will be collecting quilts 50 x 60” or larger in the west parking lot at Above & Beyond Sewing and Vacuum, 10201 W. Bowles Avenue, Littleton.  They must be washed and have labels already attached.  These quilts will then be delivered directly to Craig Hospital that afternoon by leaving them at their front door.  Please remember that the quilts should be made with age appropriate fabrics for adults, not children.
You will not be asked to leave your car if you are not comfortable doing so, you may just hand off your quilts to members who are collecting.  We do ask that you please wear face masks and gloves for your own protection.
At this same time, if you have a need, you may also pick up one piece of precut batting that is 60” x 96”, since we realize you may be completely out of batting.
We will not be collecting any other quilts at this time, so please hang on to all others until we have a sew day.
If you will be dropping off Craig Hospital quilts, please respond to Jacque at this email: .  Mention how many quilts you have available to donate and if you will need any batting. Craig Hospital has requested approximately 50 quilts for their patients.
Thank you for all you do for Firehouse Quilts.  Please continue to stay safe and well.
