Working Group Meeting

Our next workgroup meeting will be on October 12 from 12-2:30pm at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit (475 E Waterfront Drive, Homestead, PA 15120).

The meeting will feature a mini session on PD impact led by Matt Sikora, Director of Evaluation and Planning for the Arts Education Collaborative.

Please read this piece by Thomas Guskey and complete this short survey prior to the session.

Deepening Our Work

As we discussed at our last workgroup meeting, we will focus on three areas: equity, PD impact on teacher and student outcomes, and cultures/conditions of highly effective PD systems. If you are interested in co-leading this work/serving on a steering committee, please send me an email at

Anqwenique Wingfield and Eric Booth will be co-headlining Regional Arts Education Day (RAED) on October 18, and will be co-facilitating a teaching artist intensive on October 7 from 2-5pm.
