Next Gen Learning Requires Next Gen Change Management

Next Generation Learning Challenges (NGLC) recently talked to school leaders at the Vista Unified school district in Vista, California, about their approach to and implementation of next gen change processes, which have helped empower educators - as well as students - to own and lead changes in learning.

This is part of NGLC's ongoing exploration and development of next gen change management to foster long-lasting transformations in school design, student learning, and achievement of 21st-century outcomes.
