Service
This Friday we celebrate Veteran's Day, a day when we recognize and give thanks for the service and sacrifice of the men and women who have served in the armed forces. It was originally set as a U.S. legal holiday to honor Armistice Day - the end of World War I, which officially took place on November 11, 1918. We thank our veterans for the sacrifice of time and personal safety in service to keeping peace around the world. ~ Debbie Muthersbaugh, dean

"This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. [...] Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." 1 John 3:16-18.~ Debbie Muthersbaugh, PhD, Dean

Education and Psychology News
Fall Has Arrived
Along with cooler weather and shorter days, our local trees are transitioning into winter. Because of changes in the length of daylight and changes in temperature, the leaves stop their food-making process. The chlorophyll breaks down, the green color disappears, and the yellow to orange colors become visible and give the leaves their multiple colors. Hoping you enjoy the splendor of fall!
Movers and Shakers
Thanks to all those who keep our building in top shape, from the heat coming on, floors clean and safe, and these movers (pictured above) who help move things to new spaces.
SEP Clubs
Psychology Club
At Barn Party, Psychology Club hosted a booth that featured corn hole and the crowd favorite: Italian ices, colored/flavored according to the 5 emotions from the Pixar movie, Inside Out.
Barn Party Fun
Education club booth provided yummy pumpkin pie for sale at the recent Barn Party. It was a big hit and the pie completely sold out! (Pictured Aleah and Katie.)
