The 2022/2023 registration renewal process is well underway and the College has received a number of registration renewals to date.  As the renewals are rolling in, we have observed that registrants are updating their personal professional liability insurance (PLI) information but not necessarily providing updated evidence.  The registration portal is allowing registrants to proceed once the insurance information is entered even though the most recent policy certificate has not been uploaded.  As a result, the staff are unable to approve registration renewals in these cases.

Please ensure that updated policy certificates are uploaded and the PLI information is also updated in the online profile.  If you have completed registration renewal and have not provided an updated policy certificate to match the PLI information entered, please log into your online profile and do so before the March 15th registration renewal deadline.

Thank you,
