MIST Program News!

My students enjoy practicing Mind Yeti in our classroom. They have a chance in their busy school day to relax, be mindful and connect to their inner thoughts.  The topics and suggestions help my fifth graders to explore new ways to deal with situations and to find coping skills in the challenges they may face.  They also love the pose we sit in to get ready for Mind Yeti!

Mind Yeti is a great program to help calm the students and focus on positive energy. The students enjoy the gratitude lessons. Following the Mind Yetti session the students and I list things we are grateful for and talk about how being mindful and grateful improves our happiness.
