Before we get to the news, I would like to wish everyone as happy a holiday season as is possible in 2020.

It's been a tough, tough year for so many of us, but I am grateful for the time you have spent reading Theme Park Insider this year. I hope that my work has helped you — in any notable way — during 2020. As always, it has been my pleasure to bring the site for you. (Even when the news is less than pleasurable.)

Having been at home here in Southern California since mid-March, I have missed seeing so many of you in person this year, whether it would have been in the parks, at IAAPA, or other events. But I am grateful that we can continue to connect online. I remain hard at work planning for 2021, and hope that you will continue to be a part of the Theme Park Insider community in the new year.

Best wishes, and stay in touch,
Robert Niles
