Enhanced Care Navigation Training
CEPN are proud to be able to offer Enhanced Care Navigation Training.
Enhanced Care Navigation Training is a course aimed for those who have completed the Essential training or for those who may have achieved the essential competencies through their work or other achievements.
This training aims to help delegates support and enable healthier behaviours and self-care. Individuals will be able to build on their communication skills whist learning new skills such as case management, motivational interviewing and knowledge in regards protocols for long term conditions as well as information about how to access and find out about local health, community and social services.
This training has been designed by Devon CEPN and fulfills the HEE Health Navigation Competency Framework for the second stage of training (silver/enhanced).

The first round of this training has gone really well and we have had some excellent feed back from the delegates who have attended.
