Chartering a New Club Just Got Easier!

Effective immediately, any new clubs that organize now through June 30, 2021, will have the charter fee ($125 USD) and the new member fees ($20 USD per member) waived. More information is available on the Toastmasters International website.

Speech Contests 101: What, When, Where, Who, and Why
Contest season is just around the corner, and this month's keynote speaker is a contest veteran. As a 30 year Toastmaster, past Distinguished District Governor, and International Director, Richard Snyder has competed and won at the district level in the International Speech, Table Topics, Evaluation, and Tall Tales in Founder's District, District 12, and District 100, highlighted by his trip to the semi-finals in the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2003. Come hear Richard share his Toastmasters passion with you, as you get ready to Rise Up and Compete this contest season.
Club officer make-up training will be offered following each Division Council Meeting.

You are invited to join us on Sunday, February 7, 2021 between 10am and 1pm for our monthly Toastmasters District 100 Learning Lab. We have one hour sessions in three experiences to help you and your club thrive as you continue to work towards your personal and your club's goals. This month's Learning Lab includes Contest Training experience in advance of the upcoming club, area, and division contests! Also, if you missed it, Club Officer Make-Up training will be offered!

• Journey to DTM: 11am – 12pm
• How to be a Super Club Sponsor, Mentor, or Coach: 12pm - 1pm
Contest Training Experience
• Contest Chair Training: 10am - 11:30am

Time to Start Planning your Club Speech Contest!
Speech Contest season is coming soon! This year, each club will be able to send one contestant for each contest (International Speech and Table Topics) to the Area Contest held on Saturday March 13th.
Interested in learning how to put on a Club Contest? Contest Chair & Judges Training will be held at Learning Lab on Sunday February 7th from 10am - 1pm.
