Division L will feature keynote speaker Past District Director Mark Lucas, DTM. Nearly two decades of work in Information Technology educated our speaker to be a great researcher, innovative problem solver, and valuable individual contributor, but not the best communicator or leader.  The universe had other plans for him.  He joined Toastmasters for a girl and gained the skills to speak to people rather than computers.  Staying in Toastmasters for the leadership opportunities, he gained the courage to step outside his comfort zone and lead not just two clubs to President’s Distinguished, but District 100.  He wasn’t born for this, but he learned to become a leader.  If he can, you can. 

Division P will feature keynote speaker Immediate Past District Director David Flores, DTM. A Toastmaster for 37 years, David brings a valued and storied perspective about how clubs have excelled through the years. As a 20-year football coach at the high school, collegiate, and semi-pro levels, David knows the challenges of building team cohesion and has become intimately familiar with how teamwork and motivation leads to success. His accolades also include his service as a Distinguished Program Quality Director for District 100, Founder's District Chief Judge, Founder's District Evaluation Champion, and Founder's District Table Topics Champion.
