You are invited to join us on Sunday, April 11, 2021 between 10am and 1pm for our monthly Toastmasters District 100 Learning Lab. We have one hour sessions in three experiences to help you and your club thrive as you continue to work towards your personal and your club's goals.

Member Experience
• Toastmasters 360: 10am - 11am
• Introducing and Expanding your Pathway Journey: 11am - 12pm
• Developing Interesting Speech Topics: 12pm – 1pm
 
Club Experience
• Conducting Quality Club Nominations & Elections: 10am - 11am
• Social Media to Obtain New Members: 11am – 12pm
• Using Video to Advertise: 12pm - 1pm

Leadership Experience
• Energy Leadership: Creating a Positive Team Culture: 10am - 11am
• Journey to DTM: 11am – 12pm

Keynote Speaker: Magnus Jansson, PID
"Leadership in Global Business: A Personal Journey"
 

With close to 30 years of experience in multinational corporations, Magnus has lived and worked around the world including Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Sweden, and the United States.  He has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of communicating between a headquarter environment and its subsidiaries has provided me extensive experience leading geographically dispersed work teams.  He has successfully united teams toward a common cause while being receptive and accommodating to cultural differences. 

​His passion for deep understanding of cultures and how people work together has driven him to become a doctoral student in global leadership.  Magnus' research concentrates on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer within geographically dispersed multicultural teams.
