February is a month that can be viewed in many ways. You are free to view this month through the lens romance, adventure, optimism and hope. We also celebrate February as Black History month and reflect on the struggles of those who came before us.  I challenge each Caucus member to  picture  life with your sharpest focus on what truly matters.
