University Mail Services offers a full array of services from USPS, UPS and FedEx, along with mailing supplies and package preparation services.

Please note the following operations for Mail Services for the fall semester:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
• Saturday: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please remember to: 

• Adhere to social distancing policies

• Follow directional signs/arrows

• Always wear a mask.

Student Packages

• In order to avoid crowding and long lines in our mail-room, reservations are required to visit Mail Services in order to pick-up or mail packages at the service lobby window.

• To make a reservation, go to https://go.wfu.edu/packages/

  • Log-in by using the button in the upper right corner and select Students, Faculty, Staff. 

• To make your experience as efficient as possible:

  • Please wait to receive an email confirmation from WFU Mail Services that indicates that your package has been processed internally before making a reservation

  • Additionally, students should pick up their package slip from their PO Box prior to their appointment time and bring that to the service counter

• Reservations are not required to mail a FedEx package from the FedEx window

• Reservations are not required to check PO Boxes
