Our new normal of school and society continues to provide challenges and opportunities. We are so proud of how all at ONE10 are working together to keep each other safe and continue delivering quality education.

We want to thank our students, parents and staff for all they’re doing to make the best out of our ONE10 distance learning program. We know this takes a lot of individual commitment and discipline from all to make it successful.

The ONE10 administrative team continues to stay in contact with local, regional and state agencies to make sure we are up-to-date on the latest recommendations. We will continue to share the most relevant and essential information with you on our website.

The most recent executive order by Governor Walz extended the stay at home order until May 4th. If there is no change to that directive, we will be back in school on May 5th.  We are getting hints from Governor Walz that he’s looking at extending distance learning through the end of the school year. If that happens, that will change a lot of spring events and activities. We are working on backup plans for our spring events in case this happens. We are looking at ways to celebrate the end of school experiences for all students and, especially for seniors and their graduation. It is our goal to continue our great traditions in some fashion.

As mentioned in my video, since we can’t be together in person, we are looking for ways to stay connected to our ONE10 community. This past week we asked people to share positive messages. The video below captures many of those messages. Additional words of encouragement are on the website, you should check it out!

This coming week is Compassion Card Week. Click Here for details on how to participate and view those additional messages.
Staying Positive in ONE10!

In my video, I also mentioned the “12bursts” program from Cycle Health/YMCA. Lots of fun ideas to keep your kids busy and active. Click Here for more on that.

Finally, we remain so thankful for our exceptional employees at ONE10 who were called to the frontline by the governor’s executive order. The childcare providers, cooks and custodians have continued to do amazing work during this shutdown and we cannot thank them enough. If you get a chance, reach out and do something special for our frontline workers. Let’s make sure we remember all those at ONE10 who are providing a great service to our students, families and our community!!

A Heartfelt Thank You goes ALL during this Distance Learning time at ONE10.

Stay safe! Be Well!
WE Are ONE10!!
