Daycroft's Journey Through the Levels
Daycroft's Journey Through the Levels is scheduled for Thursday, February 7th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Zeeb Campus gymnasium.  Come explore the continuum of educational experiences Daycroft has to offer and hear from past students and parents about their experience with the Daycroft Difference.

Following the presentation, please feel free to let one of our student ambassadors take you on a tour of the school or visit the various classrooms where our teachers and staff will be available to answer any questions.  I will also be available in the library to answer questions about the Continuous Enrollment Contract.

Childcare will be provided for our families in the multi-purpose room during the event.  Please call Laura Hogan at the Zeeb Campus Office at 734.662.3335 to reserve your spot.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Annual Benefit Projects Are Underway...Save the Date!
Students have begun working on their classroom projects for this year's Annual Benefit Event, We're Golden Together, celebrating Daycroft's 50 Years on Saturday, April 6th at the Polo Fields Country Club.  "It's really cool because we get to do something for the school and I like that!" exclaimed Connor, as he and a classmate helped put together the adirondack chair for their class to paint.
You won't want to miss this annual event.  Child care will be provided at the Zeeb campus - right down the street from the event!  Watch for details coming soon and opportunities to join in on the planning to make this year's event one to remember!  Mark Your Calendars!

The Second Plane of Development: Conscious Imagination
The elementary years (ages six to twelve) can be identified by three main characteristics: the move from concrete to abstract thinking, the development of reasoning ability, and a focus on social relationships. Throughout all three of these characteristics, the child is consciously taking charge of her learning, and directing her questions, explorations, and connections based on personal interests and desires.

Thank You DPG for Sponsoring the Family Bowling Party
A special thank you to chairperson, Ellen Delonis, and the Daycroft Parent Guild for sponsoring the annual Family Bowling Party at Bel-Mark Lanes this past Saturday, January 26th!

About 115 bowlers enjoyed the two games of bowling along with pizza, salad
and pop!

This is always an awesome family event and this year was no exception.
Thanks DPG!!!
Our Daycroft Family Continues to Grow...Congrats Ms. Julie!
