Housing Workshop
July 27

The TRPA Governing Board will hear a presentation on the Tahoe Living Housing and Community Revitalization Strategic Initiative to-date at its meeting next Wednesday, July 27.

TRPA staff will also present conceptual proposals for changes to land coverage policies, density and height in certain areas to encourage and enable more affordable and workforce housing in the region.

The purpose of the presentation next week is to provide an update to the board, gather additional feedback, and to request direction on moving these conceptual changes to the environmental analysis phase.
