Welp, that went fast.

It was one year ago that I set out on this crazy so-called mission against parental exhaustion.

At that time I had only just recently started figuring it out for myself...


Exhaustion is not part of the parental job description. You deserve to have as much energy as they do! 

I think back to those early days as a new mom. You've traded life as you know it for something completely unknown. And you so want to be good at it.

That tiny little person gets all the time. And all the sleep. And you don't even care because you love her so dang much. So you switch into survival mode and that's what you do: survive.

Exhaustion becomes the new normal. And there's no end in sight.


Coffee. More coffee. Becomes the way. 

And before you know it, you don't even remember what it feels like to not be exhausted all. the. time. 

This was me back then. Really just a short few weeks, maybe a month before I relaunched my health coaching practice with a focus on health strategies for the whole family.

For me, I couldn't keep going this way. My health was suffering. I won't go into details, you can read more about my story here.

Long story short, I figured out a way to get my energy back. And when I realized I could do it, I knew you could too. 

I wanted to create something that would make it easier for moms to take the best care of themselves so they can do the same for their loves and littles.

I set out to give you the tools, resources, confidence and ENERGY to make your family healthier and happier. Because we all know the truth here...


It ALL starts with mom.

I look back over the last year and almost can't believe it's been a year already. Time flies when you're having fun/working your butt off, I guess.

It's energized me even more working with people one-on-one to improve their health again, which I've loved doing for eight years now.

And just a few months ago I launched
[RE]NEW, my first virtual group program that's so far helped 35+ people reset their habits, lose weight, boost their energy, de-bloat, learn new cooking skills, and look/feel better than ever.

My brain is swirling with ideas - there's so much I want to do and share with you.

I'm learning I can't do it all... The struggle of balancing a biz and kids and life is REAL. Though when I think how far this little business has come in a year, I realize things happen in time.

It's hard to not want and expect results over night. We are an impatient people... We can't help it.

I need to take my own advice... 

Take it slow. Trust in the process. And HAVE FUN!

So I'll be over here doing that. I want to tell you "Thank You!" for sticking around and reading these emails and the blog, too.
