Hunt out the good stuff...
Positive Psychology has been of huge support to me over the last 15 years, particularly during the time I was extremely ill with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome).  My resilience and determination to believe I'd find a way through that was supported by some simple, yet quite profound, practices.  Here's a podcast on one of them - Hunting out the good stuff.  Listen in to understand about our negativity bias (and why that's OK), and a simple daily practice to help you shift from what went wrong - to what went well.  I teach this in my "From Surviving to Thriving" course - it's really popular! It's not all Peace, Calm and Zen...

Taking my work online has been a steep learning curve; yoga and meditation classes, one to one coaching sessions and the chanting groups have all adapted well.  But it ain't all been Peace, Calm or Zen!!

Apart from the initial signing up, learning to "drive" Zoom and then supporting students through their own online experience was the proverbial "swan" syndrome.  Outwardly calm, smiling, and inwardly a few choice words and adrenaline buzzing! 

I have set up a WhatsApp group too, so as we head into a session, when someone's struggling they can ping me a message...
