It's Time to Update Your Roster

Your 3rd quarter randoms are scheduled to be generated on July 1st, 2022.

Please update your roster no later than

FRIDAY, JUNE 24, 2022

If your existing roster is up‑to‑date and no changes need to be made at this time, please disregard this email.

How to Update Your Roster

  1. Log in to
  2. Click the "Start" menu (bottom left corner) and select "Randoms Management".
  3. Under the "Navigation" pane (left sidebar) select "Active Pools" (top left corner).
  4. In the "Active Pools Grid Search Form" leave all fields blank and click "Search".
  5. A list will populate with all of your company's active pools. Select the pool you would like to update (it will turn blue), then locate the toolbar along the top of the page and select "Entities" (near the middle).
  6. Another list will populate showing all employees currently on the roster of the pool you selected.

If your search returns no results,
you may be a member of our Consortium.

How to Delete an Employee

from Your Company Pool

  1. Select the employee's name (it will turn blue).
  2. Click the red "Subtract" icon (far right side).
  3. In the "Confirm Entity Delete" window that appears, briefly describe your reason for removing the employee.
  4. Click "Yes" to submit and "Yes" again to confirm the removal.


Use caution when deleting employees from your Company Pool.

Once an employee has been deleted, if it has been more than 30 days since the employee was last tested, re-enrolling the employee will require a new pre-employment or pre-site access negative drug result.
