Security Update: Sensitive Emails and Now Being Encrypted

TEAM values your privacy.

Your data and information is important, and often confidential. To better protect the identities and sensitive information of you and your employees, TEAM is now utilizing Microsoft 365 Message Encryption to ensure that emails containing sensitive information are not accessible to anyone other than the intended recipients.

What this means for you:

You will begin to see that emails from TEAM containing or requesting sensitive information have been encrypted. To view the contents of an encrypted email, the viewer must first be authenticated.
