The board of the MWV Climbers Coop has been hard at work looking at prospective properties to serve as the home for our communities future co-op.
While the search continues for the perfect location, the process thus far has given us an opportunity to tap into the local rental market and develop a reasonable estimate for what a space will cost.
With that in mind we are reaching out to the community for support as we seek to raise $4,000 to cover the projected cost of first and last months rent for a space that will fit our needs.
Please consider supporting this effort and know that a great deal of work is going on behind the scenes to secure items, such as padded flooring and holds, from partners throughout New England to reduce the overall community fundraising needed to make this idea a reality.
