Vacancies
The Centre is looking for a postdoctoral researcher. The position is on “Legitimacy challenges", a project that will analyze and compare the opinions of citizens in six different countries on the topic of family values and children's rights, and critically analyze the discourses around child protection and children's rights.
Postdoctoral Researcher(3 years), Centre for Research on Discretion and Paternalism. Deadline: 30th April 2021.
There are also open positions at the University of Bergen within the political science discipline.
Associate Professor, Department of Administration and Organization Theory. Deadline: April 6th 2021.
Associate Professor, Department of Comparative Politics. Deadline: April 11th 2021.

Jill Berrick is one of the authors of a an article published in the journal Child Maltreatment on multidisciplinary team decision making for child welfare referrals.
Kenneth Burns is the co-author, together with Conor O’Mahony and Rebekah Brennan, of an article discussing informal kinship care placements in Ireland.
