Welcome Message

Hello Students!!! There are no words to really describe the events that have taken place so far this year. Unprecedented times seems like an understatement at this point.  As the new school year approaches some of you are feeling a sense of excitement, nervousness, or uncertainty. Whatever you are feeling right now it's ok.  I would suggest at any point during the semester to recognize those feelings, normalize them, and then move on to something that you know is a positive coping skill for you. I am happy you all are back and I am here as a resource should you need anything. Please do not hesitate to reach out!!! I'm wishing you all a successful semester!!! When in doubt you can always follow my plan....“If you look confident, you can pull off anything-even if you have no clue what you're doing” - Jessica Alba

February Vibes

“Life is a set of choices. Lead or be led astray. Follow your light or lose it.”
Beyoncé ( Black Is King) ( Did you watch it? If not go watch it!!! If you did watch it let's chat...)

"Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble."
- John Lewis
Please don't forget we still have a long way to go!!!
