LEAP Scholars Program

If you are transferring into the School of Life Sciences this fall, we encourage you to look into the LEAP Scholars Program. LEAP is a four-semester-long program for incoming, community college transfer students. LEAP scholars will learn about undergraduate research, conduct research in an ASU faculty member’s lab, mentor incoming LEAP scholars, and present research to the scientific community.

Deadline extended: August 1, 2018.
Expanded counseling hours begin fall 2018

ASU Counseling Services offers confidential, professional counseling and crisis services for students experiencing emotional concerns, problems in adjusting, and other factors that affect their ability to achieve their academic and personal goals. Counselors will talk with you, help you identify solutions or support, and connect you with those services at ASU or in the community.

Expanded hours:

  • Monday and Thursday, Health and Counseling centers on all campuses will be open from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Polytechnic, West and Downtown Health Clinics will be open Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (in addition to standard Tempe Campus Saturday Clinic)
