This month it is nearly impossible to go anywhere without seeing shelves stocked with boxes of chocolates, gifts and greeting cards for Valentine’s Day. While this holiday causes joyful anticipation for many, it also creates feelings of dread and loneliness for others. 

Fact: You do not have to be in a relationship to be happy if you love yourself. In this issue, Sharon Martin discusses ways to discover who you are and how to love yourself. Plus, our monthly inspirational quote and book review.
