Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is the art of releasing tension through self healing acupuncture.
Learn simple hand & finger techniques to use on yourself which support the immune system, stimulate circulation, release pain & tension, and bring peace of mind.

International worldwide pandemic, westcoast fires, hurricanes, floods, a critical election, unemployment, schools closed, and one more challenge during these chaotic times, the arrival full force of our inborn TEMPERAMENTS!
“Temperament broadly refers to consistent individual differences in behavior that are biologically based and are relatively independent of learning, a system of values and attitudes.”
 Our interactive time together will explore a variety of strategies of how to live and love each other during this crisis.

Art Workshop

Do you love art and crafting?
Join the Art Workshop where there is a different project in every class. Activities will include accordion books, painted stones, collaged calendar/visualization board, envelope books, felted wool, watercolor painting, and much more. 

Due to COVID it will be important to bring your own Art Kit, register online before class, sign the Questionnaire and Liability Waiver, and bring a water bottle.

Bird Watching


Birding is a wonderful, healthy, and easy activity, especially during the Pandemic!

This class combines the academics of birdwatching (ornithology) with the pleasure of field experiences.
Sign the Vintage House Questionnaire and Liability Waiver, wear a mask, comfortable shoes, and bring a snack and water. We plan to do some walking and light hiking – while social distancing.

Virtual Ukulele Play-Along

Join John and Jackie Brady for an hour of playing the ukulele and singing songs using the Zoom platform. Work on your ukulele skills, learn some songs and have fun.
